Your teen's talents shouldn't get lost between languages and cultures.
People perform better when they get the chance to do what they naturally do best. YouMapped helps international, multilingual families name what a teen is genuinely good at, in every language they live in, and turn it into real school and life decisions. For couples, there is a Partnership Corner.
Sessions online, worldwide. Assessment available in 20+ languages.

Funny in one language, quiet in another
Grades measured, talent missed
A study path across two countries
A couple translating themselves daily
Start here, two questions
Does your child already have strengths test results?
If you already hold a report, we skip straight to the coaching.
Want to know your own talents too, as a parent?
Parents who know their own themes argue with their teens differently.
Why the name YouMapped?
The M.A.P. method behind the work
YouMapped is not a random brand name. It is a simple method I use with every parent and teen: start with the mind, turn insight into action, and let a young person's potential guide the life they actually want. Discovering talents is only the beginning. Real, meaningful growth starts when a teen learns to do something with them, with a trained coach walking beside them.
Mindset & brain development
A teenager's brain is still wiring itself. The way they think about themselves, their mistakes and their possibilities shapes what they dare to try. We name their strongest patterns so those patterns become a stable identity, not a source of doubt.
Action steps
Knowing talents is not enough. We translate each strength into small, doable steps at home, at school and in relationships. Clarity becomes movement, not just a nice report on a shelf.
Potential leading to aspirations
Talents are not labels. They are raw material for dreams. When a teen sees how their natural way of thinking can solve real problems and reach real goals, confidence stops being borrowed and starts being built.

Ages 10 - 14
Top 3 talents, a parent action plan and a talent certificate your child keeps.
The parent's part
You are the person shaping your child's future
When you talk with your child about their strongest sides, the way they think, feel and behave as one unrepeatable person, you are shaping how they grow. Children build their identity largely from the feedback they get about what is most valuable in them.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is the belief that they are good, loved and beautiful exactly in their own uniqueness. The earlier they learn to name what makes them unique, the sooner they can build on it instead of trying to fix it.
- Their 3 strongest talents, named in a language your family actually uses
- A plan for guiding your child with their nature instead of against it
- A talent certificate that makes the result feel real to a young person
- Words for what you have always sensed but could not quite describe
Teen Talent PathParents of teens aged 10 to 19
Your child is growing up between school systems, home languages and expectations from two or more cultures. We find the talents that stay constant underneath all of it, and give them language for those talents in every language they use.

Partnership CornerCouples who already have a strengths profile
You have your results, and you still keep landing in the same argument. We take your two profiles and read them against the friction points that actually repeat, including the ones caused by translating yourself every day.

Your Gallup code arrives in 24-48 hours
This part is human, not automated. I buy an official Gallup access code individually for each client after your payment, then email it to you with instructions. That usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and it means your results come from the real Gallup assessment, not a copy of it.
Results and coaching session
We meet online, read the report together in the language your family is most comfortable in, and turn it into decisions you can actually use.

The part a report cannot see
"She is not shy. She is thinking in one language and answering in another."
Most of what looks like a weakness in a multilingual teen is a talent arriving with an accent. That is the work we do together.
Teen Talent Path
Start now, while the path is still being drawn
The sooner a teen knows what they naturally do best, the more thoughtfully they can choose subjects, friends, projects and mentors. Strengths do not appear by accident. They develop best when a trained coach helps a young person turn a talent into something they can actually use.

The full map
All 34 themes, in Gallup's four domains
Everyone has all 34. What matters is the order, and how each one is expressed in the language and culture your teen happens to be standing in. No matter where you live and which language you speak, talents are one language to understand.
Executing
9Making things happen, even when the school system changes language mid-way.
Influencing

Strategic Thinking
8Thinking ahead about study paths that cross borders.
For the parent
Have you ever wondered what actually makes you different?
Why some people seem settled in their work and their life, while others keep searching. Thirty years of Gallup research across more than 100 countries points at the same answer: people who know and use their talents work more effectively, feel better, build steadier relationships and reach what they wanted sooner. Your Top 5 is where that starts.
What you walk away with
Your Top 5, read with you

90 minutes on the friction that keeps coming back
For couples who already have their CliftonStrengths results. We put the two profiles side by side and work on the concrete friction points, not abstract compatibility. When a relationship crosses a language or a culture, a lot of what feels like a character flaw is actually a talent being translated badly.
- One 90-minute joint session, online
- Both profiles read together, in your shared language
- Focused on repeating, real-life friction points
- Cross-language and cross-culture dynamics treated as the norm

If you need the assessment first

per person
Includes the official Gallup access code, purchased individually for each of you, plus the joint 90-minute session.

Aneta
Gallup-certified strengths coach
About
I coach from inside the situation
I am Polish, married to a Czech, and I raised three sons bilingually in the Czech Republic. I know what it looks like when a child is articulate at home and hesitant at school, and how easily that gets mistaken for ability.
I am a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and a certified career counselor. I work with families who live between languages, passports and school systems, because that is the life I know from the inside.
Career choice is not a single decision. It is the result of a long journey where you learn to enjoy being yourself, and where every experience starts connecting like dots. Living across languages and cultures shapes your brain, your emotions and your behaviour more than most people realise. Your strengths are already there, but you have to truly recognise them and integrate them. Sometimes living outside the box can feel like having no roots. Talents help you see the full picture, understand your possibilities and build upon what is already strong in you.
Multilingualism is not a footnote in my sessions. It shapes how a talent is named, noticed and rewarded, so it belongs in the conversation from the first minute.

Because it is a genuine Gallup code, purchased individually for you after your payment rather than generated automatically. I place the order, receive the code, and email it to you personally, normally within 24 to 48 hours. If anything takes longer, you hear from me before the deadline, not after it.
